The MA-PS10 series pressure type waterflow switches shall be installed on system piping as designated on the drawing and/ or as specified herein. Switched shall be provided with 1/2” NPT male pressure connection and shall be connected to the alarm port outlet of: Wet pipe alarm valves, Dry pipe valves, Pre-action valves, or Deluge valves. The pressure switch shall be actuated when the alarm line pressure rise to 5-7psi.

  The MA-PS40 series pressure type supervisory pressure switches shall be installed on system piping as designated on the drawing. Switched shall be provided with 1/2” NPT male pressure connection and to detect an increase and/or decrease from normal system pressure in automatic fire sprinkle system. Typical applications are: Dry pipe valves, Pre-action valves, or pressure tanks. The MA-PS40 series pressure switches are factory set for use in a normal 40psi system. The MA-PS40-2 is factory set to respond at 50psi at increasing pressure and 30psi at decreasing pressure.
